By downloading or using IPTV Player Pro (the "app") you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app. The app is offered by Cristian Espinoza Banegas, sisyserint.com.

La app es un reproductor multimedia. No proporciona, vende, aloja, distribuye ni promociona canales de televisión, películas, series, listas de reproducción, suscripciones ni ningún otro contenido. No tenemos relación con los proveedores de contenido que configures.

The app is a media player. It does not provide, sell, host, distribute or promote television channels, movies, series, playlists, subscriptions or any other content. We have no relationship with the content providers you configure.

Eres el único responsable de las listas, URLs y credenciales que añades, y de asegurarte de que tienes derecho a acceder al contenido que reproduces. Debes obtenerlas legalmente de un proveedor autorizado.

Algunas funciones dependen del formato, la disponibilidad y las capacidades de tu proveedor. No garantizamos que un contenido concreto esté disponible o funcione.

You are solely responsible for the playlists, URLs and credentials you add, and for making sure you have the right to access the content you play. You must obtain them legally from an authorized provider.

Some features depend on the format, availability and capabilities of your provider. We don't guarantee that any particular content will be available or work.

No puedes usar la app para acceder, reproducir o distribuir contenido sin autorización de sus titulares, infringir derechos de autor u otras leyes, ni intentar alterar, descompilar o eludir las funciones o protecciones de la app, salvo en la medida permitida por la ley.

La app no respalda ni apoya la transmisión no autorizada ni la infracción de derechos de autor.

You may not use the app to access, play or distribute content without authorization from its rights holders, infringe copyright or other laws, or attempt to modify, decompile or bypass the app's features or protections, except as permitted by law.

The app does not endorse or support unauthorized streaming or copyright infringement.

La app es gratuita, con anuncios y algunos límites. Premium es una compra única dentro de la app que elimina esos límites y los anuncios. Las compras las procesa App Store o Google Play y se rigen por sus condiciones, incluidos los reembolsos. Puedes restaurar la compra con la misma cuenta de la tienda.

Podemos cambiar, añadir o retirar funciones de la app con el tiempo; procuraremos que Premium siga eliminando los límites del plan gratuito vigente.

The app is free, with ads and some limits. Premium is a one-time in-app purchase that removes those limits and the ads. Purchases are processed by the App Store or Google Play and are governed by their terms, including refunds. You can restore the purchase with the same store account.

We may change, add or remove app features over time; we'll aim for Premium to keep removing the limits of the current free plan.

La app usa servicios de terceros para publicidad, analítica, diagnósticos y compras, descritos en la política de privacidad. Su uso también se rige por las condiciones de esos terceros.

The app uses third-party services for advertising, analytics, diagnostics and purchases, described in the privacy policy. Their use is also governed by those third parties' terms.

La app, su diseño, su código y la marca IPTV Player Pro pertenecen a su desarrollador. Te concedemos una licencia personal, limitada, no exclusiva e intransferible para usar la app en tus dispositivos, de acuerdo con las reglas de la tienda donde la obtuviste.

The app, its design, its code and the IPTV Player Pro brand belong to its developer. We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on your devices, in line with the rules of the store where you got it.

La app se ofrece «tal cual» y «según disponibilidad». En la medida permitida por la ley, no garantizamos que funcione sin interrupciones ni errores, ni que sea compatible con todas las fuentes o dispositivos.

The app is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we don't guarantee that it will work without interruptions or errors, or that it will be compatible with every source or device.

En la medida permitida por la ley, no somos responsables del contenido que reproduces, de los servicios de tus proveedores ni de daños indirectos derivados del uso de la app. Nada en estos términos limita los derechos que la ley te reconoce como consumidor.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for the content you play, your providers' services, or indirect damages arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law gives you as a consumer.

Podemos actualizar estos términos; publicaremos los cambios en esta página con su fecha. Si sigues usando la app después de un cambio, aceptas los términos actualizados.
